What you are buying
A licence to use the files, not the files themselves. You pay once, you keep it, and every later fix or addition to that pack is included at no extra cost.
What you can do
Use the assets in personal and commercial projects. In as many projects as you want, with no cap on how much those projects earn. Modify them however you like. Credit is welcome and never required.
What you cannot do
Resell or give away the assets on their own, as a pack, a template or a collection, modified or not. Build things with them, do not repackage them. And do not claim you drew them.
The palettes are different
The 14 colour palettes are released CC0 (no attribution, ever). They are not covered by anything above. They were free the day they shipped and they stay free, permanently. Nothing we give away ever turns into something you have to pay for.
Third-party pieces
Some packs include fonts or other work made by other people, under their own licences. Where that happens it is named in the LICENSE file inside the pack, and that licence governs that piece.
Refunds
If a pack is broken, not what the page described, or simply not what you expected, write to studio@paleto.gg within 14 days and you get your money back. You do not have to argue with us about it.
Your account
Keep your sign-in to yourself. Sharing an account so other people can take the downloads is the one thing that gets an account closed. If that happens you keep what you already downloaded, and you lose the library.
What we promise and what we do not
We promise the files are ours to sell and that they are what the page says. We cannot promise they suit your specific project, so look at the previews, they show the real assets at real size.
Changes
These terms can change for future purchases. What you already bought keeps the terms it was bought under.
