The short version

We keep your email address so you can sign in and get to the things you bought. That is the whole point of the account. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not run tracking pixels on this site.

What we collect

If you buy something. Your email address, what you bought, when, and how much you paid. The card payment itself is handled by Whop, our payment processor, and we never see or store your card details.

If you make an account. Your email address, and if you sign in with Google, the name and profile picture Google gives us. Nothing else from your Google account, and we cannot read your Gmail, Drive or anything else.

When you download a file you own. We record which file and when, so we can tell a real problem from someone sharing a link.

Nothing at all if you are just reading the site or downloading the free palettes. No account needed, no tracking.

Who else touches it

Only the services that make the site work: Cloudflare hosts the site, the database and the files. Whop processes payments. Resend sends the emails. Google, only if you choose to sign in with it. Each one sees the minimum it needs, and none of them get your data for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Purchases stay while your account exists, because they are what proves you own what you bought. Download records are kept for a year. Delete your account and everything else goes with it.

Getting it back or deleting it

Write to studio@paleto.gg and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We will do it, and we will not ask you to explain why. Deleting your account means losing access to your downloads, so keep your files.

Cookies

One, to keep you signed in. Nothing for advertising and nothing shared with anyone.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and anyone with an account gets an email.
